Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kyle Davies kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes of play, FC Botosani's Costel Şandru made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dumitru Achiriloaie took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Curacao's Kyle Davies got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Dumitru Achiriloaie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costel Şandru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristinel Sava received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristinel Sava slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. Costel Şandru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Bruno Barrett managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when FC Botosani's Costel Şandru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Achiriloaie, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Troy Kennedy during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Troy Kennedy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the last second Bruno Barrett throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dumitru Achiriloaie in the 32ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The FC Botosani fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when FC Botosani's Dumitru Achiriloaie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 36th match minute, FC Botosani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mircea Cupșa to maneuver through the defense. Adam Ciocâlteu took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Costel Şandru came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Botosani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costel Şandru couldn't finish the play. Bruno Barrett was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dumitru Achiriloaie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 43 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dumitru Achiriloaie made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Bălașa in the 55th minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Achiriloaie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Alvarez Schreiner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvarez Schreiner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, FC Botosani's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Davies came free, but Remus Epure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Curacao getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rocco Owen hit a great ball. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Homeag in the 91st minute of play.
