Austen Farrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 7th minute Agustín Saelices suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 7 minutes, Esteve Mitxaut mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cementerio Club and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ecuador's Diego Mancebo was substituted for Agustín Saelices. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 10th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Cementerio Club's Wlodzimierz Penczkowski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Austen Farrow didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cementerio Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Cementerio Club getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ermegildo Demario hit a great ball. Austen Farrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 27th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wlodzimierz Penczkowski in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wlodzimierz Penczkowski in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Austen Farrow came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Penczkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Cementerio Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Baleren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cementerio Club's Austen Farrow was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austen Farrow saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cementerio Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wlodzimierz Penczkowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Wlodzimierz Penczkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wlodzimierz Penczkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute Wlodzimierz Penczkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cementerio Club's Fulgencio Valente was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Wlodzimierz Penczkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Wlodzimierz Penczkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 63 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ermegildo Demario who took care of the corner kick. In the 65th match minute, Cementerio Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Mitxaut to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Austen Farrow made a huge save. In the 68th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Austen Farrow skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 74thth minute of the game Wlodzimierz Penczkowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Penczkowski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Cementerio Club's Wlodzimierz Penczkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 82nd minute, Ermegildo Demario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Cementerio Club's zone, Felix Montenegro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Austen Farrow came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Cementerio Club's Americo Izel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Americo Izel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cementerio Club protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Americo Izel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 85 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cementerio Club! In the 91st minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador played a much better game than Cementerio Club and deserved their victory. The Cementerio Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
