Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricardo Guerra started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Celestiales's zone, Ricardo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Madrid came out of the goal and Ricardo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Januário Rangel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Abreu in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MEXACOMX's Joaquin Sedillo got a free kick in the 8th minute. Januário Rangel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Celestiales's Santiago Abreu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Januário Rangel was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Santiago Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Januário Rangel was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Santiago Abreu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Januário Rangel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Giannis Kouretzis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Iker Madrid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Januário Rangel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Ricardo Guerra took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Iker Madrid to make any attempt to save it. Iker Madrid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wu Liang Mo in the 37th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Celestiales's zone, Ricardo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Madrid came out of the goal and Ricardo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Maurício Meireles took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Iker Madrid to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wu Liang Mo got free with Iker Madrid in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santiago Abreu to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Santiago Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Januário Rangel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After some careless play in the Celestiales defense, Ricardo Guerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Madrid. The Celestiales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Madrid should have stopped the shot. Januário Rangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Abreu in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Celestiales getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Rigoberto Botello hit a great ball. Celestiales's Eustaquio Eudoxio was substituted for Santiago Abreu. In the 70th match minute, Celestiales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Botello to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 73 minutes, Eustaquio Eudoxio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Celestiales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Eudoxio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 81 in the game by Eustaquio Eudoxio from a close distance when the talented Januário Rangel managed to make a qualified save. MEXACOMX's players were relieved. Eustaquio Eudoxio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Januário Rangel made a huge save. In the 86th minute Ricardo Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Januário Rangel was a little too slow when Eustaquio Eudoxio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 3-3. Eustaquio Eudoxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Januário Rangel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MEXACOMX were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
