Teobaldo Rosario came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Matia in the 8th minute of play. C. S. D. Pueyrredón were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Constantino Ermano took the corner. Efrain Clodio made a great header on C. S. D. Pueyrredón's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Romulo Matia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Joshua Secada hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Teobaldo Rosario scored 2-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Romulo Matia sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Venezuela booed when C. S. D. Pueyrredón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teobaldo Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the C. S. D. Pueyrredón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Rosario couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Hector Saturnin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teobaldo Rosario to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Beckham Jr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Constantino Ermano in the 53rd minute. Patricio Costa tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jonathan Ferrant. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 53rd minute. In the 63rd minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Rosario in the 64th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's Halil İbrahim Yeltekin was substituted for Teobaldo Rosario. The supporters of C. S. D. Pueyrredón booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Halil İbrahim Yeltekin might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Halil İbrahim Yeltekin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 81st minute, Halil İbrahim Yeltekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute, David Beckham Jr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Halil İbrahim Yeltekin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 94th minute, Halil İbrahim Yeltekin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. There was no doubt that C. S. D. Pueyrredón were the better team. C. S. D. Pueyrredón's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
