Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fernandez Quintairos got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Borussia Dortmund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henrique Lampez to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernandez Quintairos. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santikurtz Paza in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Fernandez Quintairos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Abram Luque came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Luque couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Lorenzo Yepes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Henrique Lampez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Zorita having to make a save. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentino Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 49 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Salvador!

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandez Quintairos, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Henrique Lampez put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandez Quintairos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo suffered a sore thigh after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 72 minutes, Henrique Lampez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borussia Dortmund and the El Salvador players grew even worse after the yellow card. El Salvador made a substitution. Eliseo Carballo replaced Mateo Leguizamo. The supporters of El Salvador booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Lampez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute of the game Rami Tolentin made a throw-in which Santikurtz Paza played forward. Fernandez Quintairos took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Ricardo Zorita came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Dortmund's Henrique Lampez. But to his dismay, Henrique Lampez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandez Quintairos in the 91st minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandez Quintairos in the 93rd minute of the match. 99 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Quintairos came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 100 minutes into the game, Borussia Dortmund's Fernandez Quintairos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Borussia Dortmund fully deserved thier win.
