When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Aniol Peña took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marco Day to make any attempt to save it. Cheng Hao Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 13th minute of the match. Cheng Hao Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. JEMBer UTara's Cheng Hao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 19th minute of play. JEMBer UTara's Lucas Eger quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raphael Moore, made in the 21st minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Cassius Byrne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cheng Hao Wei was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Cassius Byrne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cheng Hao Wei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. JEMBer UTara's Cai Jun Wei was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 40th minute, Cassius Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Cheng Hao Wei. JEMBer UTara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The JEMBer UTara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. USA were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. JEMBer UTara's Cheng Hao Wei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cassius Byrne in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the game Raphael Moore made a throw-in which Cassius Byrne played forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Cheng Hao Wei in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cheng Hao Wei made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. After 75 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cheng Hao Wei was left in no man's land by his defense there! USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Sam Campbell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Cheng Hao Wei made a huge save. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. After a rather tough play, USA's Jenson Smith got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Marco Baker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Brown kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 97 minutes of play, USA's Khalid Parry made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cheng Hao Wei was left in no man's land by his defense there!
