The corner led Club Atletico y B. Bell's Walter Gasteiz to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnaldo Mingo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eufrasio Miras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Guzman in the 17th minute of play. Arnaldo Mingo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonides Jatsu went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Club Atlético Aldosivi's Arnaldo Mingo got control of the ball when Mohamed Bale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnaldo Mingo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohamed Bale's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. With an all-out effort, Club Atletico y B. Bell's Arnaldo Mingo threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Timur Dalga, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Bale in the 29th minute of play forced Club Atlético Aldosivi's goalkeeper Arnaldo Mingo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Bemabe got free with Arnaldo Mingo in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Club Atlético Aldosivi fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Club Atlético Aldosivi's Antônio Carlos Donato looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eufrasio Miras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Wisniewski got free with Eufrasio Miras in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Aldosivi's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Bale came free, but Arnaldo Mingo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute of the match Club Atletico y B. Bell got a corner. Club Atlético Aldosivi's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Walter Gasteiz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Walter Gasteiz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnaldo Mingo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético Aldosivi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
