When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Janar Taelma made a kick off. Teet Vahing replaced Agur Vabamäe. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janar Taelma in the 73rd minute of play. FC Muuga United's Virgo Lööper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Muuga United from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Teet Vahing came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
