Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ralph Roeles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 9 played minutes Julias Rascals Apeldoorn got a freekick which was hit by Karel Kimman. In the 14th minute of the match Julias Rascals Apeldoorn got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emiliano Caiola ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Karel Kimman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emiliano Caiola was slow to take the kick. During this time Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Kurt van der Laan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Kurt van der Laan got in the 16th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jonathan Ferrant handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Serge Frankena hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan de Vlieger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Petersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan de Vlieger to strike the kick off in the second half. Kurt van der Laan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55 minutes of play, Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Kurt van der Laan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience held their breath when Emiliano Caiola in the 59th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jonathan Ferrant's left hand side. In the 76th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Emiliano Caiola hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt van der Laan in the 81st minute of play. A hard shot 86 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Ralph Roeles managed to make a qualified save. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's players were relieved. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ralph Roeles having to make a save. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Julias Rascals Apeldoorn had won after a very even match.
