Marcelo Salas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. The supporters of The Celestial Lion booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernso Constant didn't get a good kick on the ball.
