In the 3rd minute Eduardo Fontirroig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Smefeldt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Bloodthirsty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bloodthirsty FC's Sten Hernström got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso de la Cruz came free, but Aleksander Smefeldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Sten Hernström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bloodthirsty FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bolivia the free kick. The supporters of Bolivia booed when Bloodthirsty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Hernström didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bloodthirsty FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gustav Carlsson hit a great ball. Eduardo Fontirroig took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aleksander Smefeldt. Aleksander Smefeldt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bloodthirsty FC's Aleksander Smefeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso de la Cruz in the 43rd minute of play. After the first half Bolivia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Fernandino made a kick off. In the 63rd minute Julio Chicote shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Smefeldt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Mario Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolivia's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Fernandino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleksander Smefeldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aleksander Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Ferrant in the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Hernström came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Mario Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Hernström in the 89th minute of the match.
