The wind increased when 庞城梁 made the kick off in the second half. 莫天勇 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 刘斐斐. That made the score 2-1 after 60 minutes of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 吴思松's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 吴思松 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, 吴思松 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, 吴思松 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 刘斐斐 was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francisco Seco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 95 minute of play.
