Flashdynamica's Hendrik-Jan Krommert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavril Stejaru in the 11th minute of play. Paiboon Permpol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barry Zalm, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thani Mettarikanon got free with Hendrik-Jan Krommert in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Flashdynamica's Hendrik-Jan Krommert got control of the ball when Sayan Kitiwinit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paiboon Permpol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koen Poels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thani Mettarikanon kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Barry Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paiboon Permpol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Flashdynamica booed when Sheffield FC1857 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayan Kitiwinit didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Gavril Stejaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Flashdynamica's goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Stejaru came free, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paiboon Permpol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barry Zalm went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 45th minute, Barry Zalm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Flashdynamica's goal looked a bit too open when Sayan Kitiwinit came free, but Hendrik-Jan Krommert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sheffield FC1857's goalie and right to Brain Veldman. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sheffield FC1857's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavril Stejaru in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hendrik-Jan Krommert saved Flashdynamica from getting behind. Paiboon Permpol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Scott in the 71st minute of play. Flashdynamica made a substitution. Xavi Simons replaced Michael Scott. Flashdynamica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Koen Poels in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Sheffield FC1857 booed when Flashdynamica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy de Jager didn't get a good kick on the ball.
