Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) MegaFenerbahce's Gazi Arıcan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Turgut Soyuer made a precise shot to the right of Atay Türegün. MegaFenerbahce's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atay Türegün saved MegaFenerbahce from getting behind. 10 minutes into the match, Turkey's Turgut Soyuer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atay Türegün narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Turkey's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Servet Sönmez in the 12th minute. The corner ended in Servet Sönmez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün did a great save. Atay Türegün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 19th minute of the match. Turkey were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after MegaFenerbahce's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Servet Sönmez took the corner. Gürhan Sarıoğlu made a great header on Turkey's corner, it was just that MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 25th minute, Turgut Soyuer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atay Türegün was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by MegaFenerbahce's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Servet Sönmez was slow to take the kick. During this time Turkey's players had a chance to rest. Gürhan Sarıoğlu was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some careless play in the MegaFenerbahce defense, Turgut Soyuer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atay Türegün. The MegaFenerbahce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atay Türegün should have stopped the shot. Turgut Soyuer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atay Türegün came out and tried to block the shot, but Turgut Soyuer slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Turgut Soyuer to strike the kick off in the second half. Alkın Ateş made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Turkey's Behzat Tanyeli. MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Turkey getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Servet Sönmez hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Servet Sönmez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Bengt-Åke Fransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. MegaFenerbahce's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Åke Fransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cankut Wakabayashi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atay Türegün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 57th minute of play. Bahattin İbiş might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cankut Wakabayashi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bahattin İbiş ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes in the game Alkın Ateş did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gazi Arıcan. 66 minutes into the match, MegaFenerbahce's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Atay Türegün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atay Türegün saved MegaFenerbahce from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Servet Sönmez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Atay Türegün quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 70th minute of play. After 73 played minutes MegaFenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Bryk. After 74 played minutes MegaFenerbahce got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Bryk. Turkey were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after MegaFenerbahce's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Servet Sönmez took the corner. MegaFenerbahce made a substitution. Adnan Özbala replaced Fabio Mancinelli. In the 86th minute Turkey were awarded a corner. Servet Sönmez went to the cornerflag to take it. Atay Türegün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Dos Reis in the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 minutes of play, Turkey's Cuma Oruk made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atay Türegün was left in no man's land by his defense there! Turkey walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
