It was Sid Wilson who took care of the corner kick. In the 5th minute of the match, David Batuhin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pedro Manzanares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. David Batuhin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute, Cuatrodeocho's David Batuhin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A throw-in in the 13th minute of the game was made by Giorgos Puyol with David Batuhin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of Colombia booed when Cuatrodeocho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Puyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 19th minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Rambo Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Belarmino Campos notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the match, Cuatrodeocho's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Rambo Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Batuhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Batuhin in the 27th minute of play. Rambo Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 34th minute of play forced Cuatrodeocho's goalkeeper Rambo Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Batuhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rambo Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 41st minute of the match. Cuatrodeocho's Rambo Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 43rd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rambo Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rambo Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abram Sarmiento was the one to do the kick off. Kevin Mastache recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Rambo Jon made a huge save. Joshua Garrido made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Cazalla immediately put the ball in play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Colombia's Kevin Mastache in the 60th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Rambo Jon was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cuatrodeocho through an amazing save. Cuatrodeocho's José Planes was substituted for Sid Wilson. After 67 played minutes Cuatrodeocho got a freekick which was hit by Andy Entrena. 69 minutes into the match, David Batuhin notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iván Villafane in the 76th minute of play. Colombia's attentive Antonio Indiano managed to snatch the ball when Giorgos Puyol made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that David Batuhin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Iván Villafane was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 87th minute David Batuhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rambo Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Cuatrodeocho had played much better football throughout.
