After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Frank Zappacosta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Harlow AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Zappacosta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Chile defense, Nickolaj Nickerson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. The Chile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Pliego should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute of the match, Frank Zappacosta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Thiago Pliego saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Cobb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quentin Cobb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Casaus in the 24th minute of the match. When Harlow AFC's Nickolaj Nickerson in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Cobb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chile's Francisco Carballar got a free kick in the 36th minute. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nickolaj Nickerson in the 39th minute. If Frank Zappacosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nickolaj Nickerson came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Harlow AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nickolaj Nickerson couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Quentin Cobb showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute, Seb Towler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nickolaj Nickerson in the 58th minute of the match. Harlow AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ryan Chivers in the 60th minute. Harlow AFC's Ryan Chivers was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 62nd minute, Owen Preece hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vince Carter hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seb Towler in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Harlow AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Quentin Cobb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Harlow AFC were awarded a corner. Ryan Chivers went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Harlow AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. German Lon hit a great ball. Vince Carter hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Quentin Cobb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Harlow AFC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. German Lon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 90th minute of play forced Harlow AFC's goalkeeper Quentin Cobb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harlow AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chile for a fine match.
