After 15 minutes, Alfonso Lluis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Falckner FC and the Castanheiro SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Falckner FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Lluis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Ivan Reynardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Alfonso Lluis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Doni Seco. The goal made the score 1-0. 33 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Sarmento came free, but Remigio Joanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doni Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Reynardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Castanheiro SC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Lluis came free, but Doni Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Sarmento came free, but Remigio Joanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Urbez hit a great ball. Marco Bezerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Remigio Joanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Sarmento came free, but Remigio Joanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisinho Seco hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 60 played minutes Falckner FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Reynardo. In the 69th minute, Ivan Reynardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falckner FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Lluis in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni Seco saved Castanheiro SC from getting behind. Remigio Joanes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remigio Joanes made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Marcelo Eger sent off a good shot on target. Falckner FC's Remigio Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Sarmento in the 89th minute of play. Falckner FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Castanheiro SC for a fine match.
