Emiliano Velasco started the match with the kick off. Kind of Blue's Epifanio Aznar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Feliksas Fenichev in the 6 minute of the game. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Käller in the 7th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Sebastian Käller made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Selatse. Despidida AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Mild didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle got control of the ball when Emiliano Velasco tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Sebastian Käller notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse. Fernando Selatse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Dinu Ivănescu sent off a good shot on target. After 20 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Aznar. After 22 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Tino. The throw-in from Feliksas Fenichev in the 27th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kind of Blue's Joacim Hansson. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Fernando Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Aznar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinu Ivănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Wilhelm Galle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dinu Ivănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Käller struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Fernando Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kind of Blue. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Käller to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Pastor Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Tino to maneuver through the defense. Despidida AFC made a substitution. Alvaro Raymond replaced Emiliano Velasco. Despidida AFC's Kajetan Gdowik was substituted for Pastor Tino. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino got a free kick in the 57th minute. Alvaro Raymond struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Wilhelm Galle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Despidida AFC. In the 70th minute, Emanuel Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Lucila. Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond in the 81st minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilhelm Galle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Kind of Blue's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
