Antoni Wincek might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin van der Sar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antoni Wincek ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 5th minute, Jerónimo Furtado made a precise shot to the right of Bogdan Kasiewski. Agresor Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a little luck, Agresor Team's Bogdan Kasiewski got control of the ball when Jerónimo Furtado tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match, Leukothoe Atsidakos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bogdan Kasiewski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 16th minute Ionel Ganea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Agresor Team's Ionel Ganea made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwin van der Sar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Agresor Team's Bogdan Kasiewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Agresor Team from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Agresor Team's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Konopka came free, but Bogdan Kasiewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roch Bara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd match minute, União Sport Clube Paredes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Gomes to maneuver through the defense. Kryspin Bury took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin van der Sar. Edwin van der Sar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. União Sport Clube Paredes's Witalis Konopka got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Agresor Team were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

50 minutes into the match, Agresor Team's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo lago came free, but Bogdan Kasiewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Kasiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerónimo Furtado in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Bernardo lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kasiewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Witalis Konopka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The União Sport Clube Paredes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Bogdan Kasiewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leukothoe Atsidakos in the 65th minute of play. If Ionel Ganea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roch Bara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Edwin van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jerónimo Furtado in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Kasiewski saved Agresor Team from getting behind. With a little luck, União Sport Clube Paredes's Edwin van der Sar got control of the ball when Roch Bara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciej Rukszcz in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of União Sport Clube Paredes booed when Agresor Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Beyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Jerónimo Furtado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agresor Team's Bogdan Kasiewski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind União Sport Clube Paredes's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Agresor Team booed when União Sport Clube Paredes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lourenço Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Konopka in the 90th minute of play forced Agresor Team's goalkeeper Bogdan Kasiewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Agresor Team players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for União Sport Clube Paredes.
