Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stamen Tekeliev started the match with the kick off. Zé Roberto Teixeira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santo Libertad in the 2nd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Zé Roberto Teixeira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 7 minutes into the match, Stamen Tekeliev notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Stelian Murgu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Rosa in the 18th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Stamen Tekeliev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Victoriano Bernaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's Stamen Tekeliev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Bernaldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stamen Tekeliev took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With his leg Zé Roberto Teixeira managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Darryl Buckner fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudio Cerritos in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dep Colonia Avellaneda's zone, Stamen Tekeliev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal and Stamen Tekeliev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Darryl Buckner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Playa Malvín's Stamen Tekeliev. But to his dismay, Stamen Tekeliev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Stamen Tekeliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Pascual Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 44th minute of play forced Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalkeeper Victoriano Bernaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Playa Malvín were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stelian Murgu took the corner. Stamen Tekeliev struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Playa Malvín. After the first half Playa Malvín were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Buckner in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute Leopoldo Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stamen Tekeliev in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. After 60 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Mândrilă. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Quinto Ampudia replaced Stamen Tekeliev. After 61 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Mândrilă. Zé Roberto Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Libertad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quinto Ampudia struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Playa Malvín. Quinto Ampudia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Quinto Ampudia scored 0-5 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Bernaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Quinto Ampudia took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Victoriano Bernaldo to make any attempt to save it. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Nicanor Izel with Mariano Silbestre as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quinto Ampudia in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. Victoriano Bernaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quinto Ampudia's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Leopoldo Rosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dep Colonia Avellaneda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. After having played for 92 minutes, Quinto Ampudia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Playa Malvín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quinto Ampudia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victoriano Bernaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quinto Ampudia in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Playa Malvín eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
