When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Benicio Otoniel sped through Guapira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xan Descapa. Xan Descapa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benicio Otoniel in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Tarvi Laanemets was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guapira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ñacuñán AC the free kick. In the 13th minute, Tarvi Laanemets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xan Descapa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Otoniel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Lipp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allande Sans in the 19th minute of play. The Ñacuñán AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Benicio Otoniel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ñacuñán AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Otoniel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xan Descapa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goal looked a bit too open when Allande Sans came free, but Raul Lipp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Lipp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tostão Ribeiro in the 39th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Guapira's corner Falco Ijkwezen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Raul Lipp quite easily take care of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's Benicio Otoniel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xan Descapa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcos de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guapira's zone, Hector Fero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xan Descapa came out of the goal and Hector Fero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Guapira players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ñacuñán AC were winning 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tarvi Laanemets made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Ñacuñán AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Presebal to maneuver through the defense. Leopoldo Carranza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Lipp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tostão Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
