The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Birra Cultura F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Soto came free, but José Maria França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LinuX F.C. were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Birra Cultura F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elmer Lozano took the corner. After taking down the ball on LinuX F.C.'s corner Elmer Lozano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and José Maria França quite easily take care of the ball. Birra Cultura F.C's José Maria França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Soto in the 17th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Hílton Penha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bernardo Arias. The goal made the score 1-0.
