Śląsk Bytom's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Peake was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Ulryk Miazga took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Serbülent Baysan to make any attempt to save it. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fevzi Baykara to make the kick off.
