Bucéfalo FC's Pedro Luís Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Servaes in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bucéfalo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christian Antonelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Diamante Negro DK - VV's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Christian Antonelli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bucéfalo FC's Pedro Luís Montenegro did a great save. Pedro Luís Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Servaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Vinícius Servaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pedro Luís Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Luís Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Servaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Bucéfalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomás Freitas. Vinícius Servaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Luís Montenegro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Servaes ran back to his position shaking his head. Vinícius Servaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Montenegro made a huge save. Marquinhos Pitta charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marquinhos Pitta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Bucéfalo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Diamante Negro DK - VV:s goal. The goalkeeper, Pedro Luís Montenegro, was totally fooled by Diamante Negro DK - VV's Willian Félix, who 65 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience was convinced that Vinícius Servaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Luís Montenegro was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. If Vinícius Servaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 73 minutes into the match, Vinícius Servaes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Luís Montenegro. Bucéfalo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinícius Servaes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Pedro Luís Montenegro stood somewhat misplaced when Vinícius Servaes came free in front of goal and shot 0-8 to the left of him in the 82 minute. With a little luck, Bucéfalo FC's Pedro Luís Montenegro got control of the ball when Vinícius Servaes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Vinícius Servaes came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Diamante Negro DK - VV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinícius Servaes couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vinícius Servaes got free with Pedro Luís Montenegro in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Luís Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinícius Servaes in the 96th minute of play. In the 100th minute, João Vítor Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diamante Negro DK - VV's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
