When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Cosimo Laudadio put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tom Wall. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Wei Cheng Ling quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Konrad De Winter, made in the 14th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, ☠QUINTERO☠'s goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Biagetti came free, but Tom Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Marco Silvestri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Farias in the 25th minute of play. ☠QUINTERO☠'s Rogelio Farias got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Rogelio Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Silvestri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Bevilacqua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Tom Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, Cosimo Laudadio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tom Wall. Cosimo Laudadio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 46 played minutes SPALLETTE RETURNS got a freekick which was hit by Davide Guerrini. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

☠QUINTERO☠'s Jonathan Hellström was substituted for Rogelio Farias. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Hellström was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, ☠QUINTERO☠'s Marco Silvestri threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aldo Cazorla, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Laudadio in the 61st minute of play forced ☠QUINTERO☠'s goalkeeper Tom Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Silvestri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Cazorla in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Aldo Cazorla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☠QUINTERO☠ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. SPALLETTE RETURNS made a substitution. Amedeo Palmieri replaced Adriano Biagetti. SPALLETTE RETURNS's Fortunato Santone was substituted for Armando Izzo. Amedeo Palmieri might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tom Wall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amedeo Palmieri ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Silvestri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 90 played minutes SPALLETTE RETURNS got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Pacella. 95 minutes into the match, SPALLETTE RETURNS's Cosimo Laudadio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tom Wall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Aldo Cazorla reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Silvestri. The goal made the score 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SPALLETTE RETURNS had won after a very even match.
