The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Virgílio Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, 100 Chance's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Breckenfeld came free, but Leopoldo Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Cerezo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Reko-Recko 03™'s Dedé Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelino Nueva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fábio Machado in the 35th minute. Luís Fábio Machado who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Angelino Nueva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 38 minutes into the game, Vicente Nogueira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Reko-Recko 03™'s Glauco Breckenfeld quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Oscar Tande hit a great ball. Leopoldo Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hao Feng Yu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selman Ruzi in the 41st minute of the match. Angelino Nueva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Paraíba in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Luís Fábio Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The 100 Chance players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reko-Recko 03™ were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Virgílio Trigo made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, one of 100 Chance:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Reko-Recko 03™ a penalty, 54 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hao Feng Yu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo. 0-4. Virgílio Trigo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Cerezo made a huge save. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save 100 Chance from getting a goal against them. After 61 played minutes 100 Chance got a freekick which was hit by Giovani Cearense. Leopoldo Cerezo stood somewhat misplaced when Virgílio Trigo came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 62 minute. Hao Feng Yu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Reko-Recko 03™'s Xande Cabezudo was substituted for Glauco Breckenfeld. In the 69th minute, Virgílio Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selman Ruzi got free with Leopoldo Cerezo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Reko-Recko 03™'s Angelino Nueva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Meneses in the 79th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Reko-Recko 03™'s goalie and right to Naldo Marquez. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Reko-Recko 03™'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to 100 Chance getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Naldo Marquez hit a great ball. Dráuzio Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
