Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisc Ciocoiu in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leopoldo Cerezo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21st match minute, F.C CLUJ MEDICINA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Pancu to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Francisc Ciocoiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Leopoldo Cerezo, 1-0. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Sorin Cupșa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Naldo Marquez in the 43 minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Teixeira got free with Iacob Povară in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filipe Meneses hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Arlindo Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arlindo Siqueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes 100 Chance got a freekick which was hit by Arlindo Siqueira. Luca Pancu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iacob Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Fábio Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Leopoldo Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Bociort, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The 100 Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Cerezo should have stopped the shot. Luís Fábio Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Luca Pancu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The F.C CLUJ MEDICINA fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when F.C CLUJ MEDICINA's Gheorghe Bociort looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C CLUJ MEDICINA fully deserved thier win.
