The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Virgílio Trigo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leopoldo Cerezo. Virgílio Trigo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Glauco Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Naldo Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reko-Recko 03™'s Hao Feng Yu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leopoldo Cerezo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 15th minute Dráuzio Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Nueva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Mai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Reko-Recko 03™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 100 Chance the free kick. A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mai hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Vicente Nogueira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Nueva showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind 100 Chance's goalkeeper Leopoldo Cerezo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mai kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Vicente Nogueira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Nueva skillfully saved the ball. Reko-Recko 03™'s Dedé Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgílio Trigo in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th minute Glauco Breckenfeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Reko-Recko 03™'s goal looked a bit too open when Dráuzio Paraíba came free, but Angelino Nueva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgílio Trigo in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Dráuzio Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dráuzio Paraíba to make the kick off. If Glauco Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reko-Recko 03™'s Mai managed to work through 100 Chance's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mai dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After 54 minutes, Virgílio Trigo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Reko-Recko 03™ booed when 100 Chance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlindo Siqueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Cipriano de Toledo came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Reko-Recko 03™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano de Toledo couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Cerezo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Leopoldo Cerezo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio Trigo in the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the game, Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leopoldo Cerezo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Leopoldo Cerezo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgílio Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Dedé Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Leopoldo Cerezo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reko-Recko 03™. When Reko-Recko 03™'s Virgílio Trigo in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Leopoldo Cerezo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Luiz Maciel made in the 72nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Reko-Recko 03™'s Mai. Reko-Recko 03™'s Zé Augusto Moura was substituted for Cipriano de Toledo. Vicente Nogueira made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Naldo Marquez however managed to control. A hard shot 77 in the game by Filipe Meneses from a close distance when the talented Angelino Nueva managed to make a qualified save. Reko-Recko 03™'s players were relieved. Naldo Marquez in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angelino Nueva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, 100 Chance's Luís Fábio Machado got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Arnaldo Teixeira hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Reko-Recko 03™'s Federico Valverde managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luís Fábio Machado in the 85 minute of the game. Naldo Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Angelino Nueva made a huge save. If Zé Augusto Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the 100 Chance defense, Mai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leopoldo Cerezo. The 100 Chance fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leopoldo Cerezo should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Reko-Recko 03™ had played much better football throughout.
