Isaac Chesus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Carlos Alberto Villa made a huge save. In the 14th minute, Aurelio Paredes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talcampeón FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 18 minutes into the game, Lolo Acharan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lisandro Festas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Isaac Chesus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Alberto Villa, 1-2. In the 24th match minute, Talcampeón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lolo Acharan to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Carlos Alberto Villa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lisandro Festas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikel Señoret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by SLB TELHA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Román Ahrens was slow to take the kick. During this time Talcampeón FC's players had a chance to rest. When Talcampeón FC's Lolo Acharan in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 38 played minutes Talcampeón FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Maria Letelier. Carlos Alberto Villa was a little too slow when Luís Ribas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-2. Lolo Acharan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Festas having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Ribas to make the kick off. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yeray Necochea in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas got control of the ball when Mikel Señoret tried to sneak it across the goal line. Talcampeón FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after SLB TELHA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Román Ahrens took the corner. Talcampeón FC's Mikel Señoret was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lisandro Festas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Carlos Alberto Villa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Campelo in the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Talcampeón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Ribas came free, but Carlos Alberto Villa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas got control of the ball when Lolo Acharan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goalkeeper Lisandro Festas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Paredes. A collision led to Talcampeón FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Yeray Necochea hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Ribas in the 81st minute of play forced Talcampeón FC's goalkeeper Carlos Alberto Villa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lolo Acharan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Lisandro Festas made a huge save. In the 87th minute, Yeray Necochea fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lisandro Festas, passed just outside the right post. SLB TELHA's Lisandro Festas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Fritz in the 89th minute of play. Marcelino Fritz scored 2-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lisandro Festas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Talcampeón FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
