Celestino Elorri hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Tulio Contratas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. August Dalgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ijaz Putāns received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. August Dalgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Ijaz Putāns slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. August Dalgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ijaz Putāns, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Frinnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Ijaz Putāns came free, but August Dalgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Tulio Contratas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. August Dalgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 25th minute, Ijaz Putāns got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tulio Contratas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but August Dalgren made a huge save. When Christopher Vennersten fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frinnaryd's protests and gave Christopher Vennersten a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Azulgrana booed when Frinnaryd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Vennersten didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Tulio Contratas notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Frinnaryd's August Dalgren. August Dalgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Frinnaryd's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Celestino Elorri was slow to take the kick. During this time El Azulgrana's players had a chance to rest. Remigio Orixe hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Ijaz Putāns blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without August Dalgren having to make a save. If Ijaz Putāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, El Azulgrana's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Bållström came free, but Roque Savion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ijaz Putāns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ijaz Putāns stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fritz Eckegren kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Ijaz Putāns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Napoleon Rozanski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Dalgren having to interfere. Ijaz Putāns blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without August Dalgren having to make a save. Frinnaryd's August Dalgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Franco in the 71st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Napoleon Rozanski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but August Dalgren was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. August Dalgren came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by El Azulgrana's Napoleon Rozanski. But to his dismay, Napoleon Rozanski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 79 minutes into the match, Napoleon Rozanski notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Frinnaryd's August Dalgren. August Dalgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute Napoleon Rozanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Dalgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Frinnaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Ijaz Putāns came free, but August Dalgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ijaz Putāns might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over August Dalgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ijaz Putāns ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the El Azulgrana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
