Pepino’s were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Frinnaryd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tito Solo took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Raffo in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benigno Feo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romualdo Hetz to make the kick off. After 81 minutes of play, Frinnaryd's Egil Sjögren made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferrán Suarez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Romualdo Hetz managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.D. Pepino’s's supporters rose to their feet, but Romualdo Hetz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Feo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romualdo Hetz got free with Benigno Feo in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egil Sjögren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ferrán Suarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 98th minute of the match Frinnaryd got a corner. C.D. Pepino’s's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chet Baker ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Zoran Zorić advanced and headed the ball into goal, 6-0 in the 99th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Frinnaryd fully deserved thier win.
