In the 5th minute Abdelbassir Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Jernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Hisingen IK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelbassir Cestarolli came free, but Einar Jernberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli, in the 7th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Cestarolli FC. Einar Jernberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson de Mendonça in the 13th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Bebeto Cestarolli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cestarolli FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Abdelbassir Cestarolli took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Einar Jernberg. After 29 minutes of play, Cestarolli FC's Bebeto Cestarolli made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Einar Jernberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the game, Cestarolli FC's Abdelbassir Cestarolli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sören Malmgren hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, Abdelbassir Cestarolli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Einar Jernberg. Hisingen IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdelbassir Cestarolli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdelbassir Cestarolli made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Bebeto Cestarolli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Einar Jernberg. The goal made the score 0-9. After having played for 55 minutes, Abdelbassir Cestarolli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cestarolli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdelbassir Cestarolli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Abdelbassir Cestarolli took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Einar Jernberg to make any attempt to save it. Bebeto Cestarolli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Einar Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Hisingen IK's goalkeeper Einar Jernberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bebeto Cestarolli. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A throw-in in the 78th minute of the game was made by Ted Gunnarsson with Casper Eckegren as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Einar Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Einar Jernberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelbassir Cestarolli, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Einar Jernberg was a little too slow when Abdelbassir Cestarolli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-12. Ted Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Abdelbassir Cestarolli took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Einar Jernberg.
