Ermegildo Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carolo Solustiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Silverio Cordara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Tormes in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Filomeno Tormes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silverio Cordara. C.A.Esparta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filomeno Tormes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Filomeno Tormes made a precise shot to the right of Silverio Cordara. C.A.Esparta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Xurxo Lagunas came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Asturcones d´la Abadía fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xurxo Lagunas couldn't finish the play. Silverio Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurxo Lagunas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute Carolo Solustiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Asturcones d´la Abadía's Urbano Arnalt got a free kick in the 44th minute. Ermegildo Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Silbestre in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Filomeno Tormes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Esparta's Silverio Cordara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th match minute, C.A.Esparta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Videl to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Esparta's zone, Xurxo Lagunas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Cordara came out of the goal and Xurxo Lagunas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, C.A.Esparta's goal looked a bit too open when Veremundo Lastras came free, but Silverio Cordara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match, Carolo Solustiano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ermegildo Delgado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 70th minute, Urbano Arnalt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silverio Cordara was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Denis Senon charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Senon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, one of C.A.Esparta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A.Esparta. Silverio Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Tormes in the 78th minute of the match. When Xurxo Lagunas, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 78 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Silverio Cordara was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Asturcones d´la Abadía's Enetz Carballeira was substituted for Filomeno Tormes. Silverio Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enetz Carballeira in the 83rd minute of the match. Silverio Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurxo Lagunas, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. C.A.Esparta's Silverio Cordara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xurxo Lagunas in the 89th minute of play. Asturcones d´la Abadía were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after C.A.Esparta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. David Valverde took the corner. A well done corner resulted in Enetz Carballeira drilling the ball in to score 8-0 behind C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper. Silverio Cordara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enetz Carballeira in the 94th minute of play. There was no doubt that Asturcones d´la Abadía were the better team. Asturcones d´la Abadía's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
