In the 4th minute, Francesco Cilli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paunero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 7 minutes into the game, Tadeo Ederono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alfredo Santana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfredo Santana was a little too slow when Tadeo Ederono got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 3-0. Paunero were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Sporting Tuga FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jose Rosario took the corner. Alfredo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeo Ederono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paunero's Albino Inguma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Monsanto in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Ederono in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Santana saved Sporting Tuga FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Iureș in the 27th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana got control of the ball when Francesco Cilli tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Francesco Cilli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfredo Santana. Francesco Cilli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Albino Inguma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leal Vilela in the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Ederono in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Santana saved Sporting Tuga FC from getting behind. Tadeo Ederono in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfredo Santana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 39 minutes, Patrício Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Tuga FC and the Paunero players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sporting Tuga FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Patrício Tavares hit a great ball. Francesco Cilli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Alfredo Santana made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Francesco Cilli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Santana was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Ederono was the one to do the kick off. Albino Inguma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Figueiredo in the 52nd minute of the match. After 58 minutes, Severiano Curado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Tuga FC and the Paunero players grew even worse after the yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Paunero's Vinicio Palos got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The audience was convinced that Aristide Iureș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Santana was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Francesco Cilli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Paunero got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Palos. After a rather tough play, Paunero's Salvador Maiorga got a free kick in the 79th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Ederono came free, but Alfredo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Cilli in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Paunero's Alfredo Errolan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alfredo Errolan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Paunero protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alfredo Errolan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 90th minute, one of Paunero:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Paunero. Patrício Tavares placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 96 minutes into the match, Aristide Iureș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Santana. Sporting Tuga FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aristide Iureș was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.
