The throw-in from Flavio Bolli in the 11th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.C. Patagonia's Demy Vennegoor. Ludwig Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 21 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Amânaloae came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Dariusz Wos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İzzet Akşit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. İzzet Akşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Wos, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. ÜSTEĞMEN FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Östen Sigman in the 28th minute. The corner led ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Östen Sigman to fire away a dangerous shot which Peter Schmeichel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. İzzet Akşit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dariusz Wos in the 30th minute of play. If Dariusz Wos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the match, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's goal looked a bit too open when Dariusz Wos came free, but İzzet Akşit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mutlu Kanat in the 37th minute of play. İzzet Akşit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dariusz Wos in the 40th minute of the match. The corner ended in Amerigo Ianni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit did a great save. 47 minutes into the match, Dariusz Wos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit. İzzet Akşit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Ludwig Wassenius made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 52ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but İzzet Akşit would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. İzzet Akşit made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ludwig Wassenius sent off a good shot on target. In the 55thth minute of the game Dariusz Wos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dariusz Wos was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Sylwester Sroka replaced Marcin Cebula. Peter Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Rıfat Erşahin in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Di Carlo came free, but İzzet Akşit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. İzzet Akşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Di Carlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 64th minute of play. Aldo Di Carlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. İzzet Akşit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Di Carlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit got control of the ball when Gustav Siöman tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Aldo Di Carlo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of İzzet Akşit. Aldo Di Carlo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The supporters of ÜSTEĞMEN FK booed when A.C. Patagonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Faccio didn't get a good kick on the ball. İzzet Akşit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Di Carlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ÜSTEĞMEN FK! İzzet Akşit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Di Carlo in the 88th minute of play. Aldo Di Carlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ÜSTEĞMEN FK's İzzet Akşit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 91st minute of play.
