Golden Dragón F.C were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after ÜSTEĞMEN FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alan Petersen took the corner. In the 22nd minute of the match Golden Dragón F.C got a corner. ÜSTEĞMEN FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. One of ÜSTEĞMEN FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Golden Dragón F.C:s goal. In the 33rd match minute, ÜSTEĞMEN FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Rıfat Erşahin to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the match, Ceyhan Celvet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İzzet Akşit. After the first half Golden Dragón F.C were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ceyhan Celvet was the one to do the kick off.
