Boruc Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Lechințan in the 4th minute of the match. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Lucjan Waselewicz scored to the left of an out of position Lucrețiu Sfetcu, making the score, 1-0. Boruc Furgal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Lechințan in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Dziuma came free, but Lucrețiu Sfetcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Severiano Oliverio was slow to take the kick. During this time Kania Gostyń's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Waselewicz in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucrețiu Sfetcu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avram Elenescu took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boruc Furgal. Boruc Furgal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Lucjan Waselewicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Lucrețiu Sfetcu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Boruc Furgal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Elenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Lucjan Waselewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lucrețiu Sfetcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Kania Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Lechințan came free, but Boruc Furgal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kania Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severiano Oliverio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Sfetcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt from getting a goal against them. Kania Gostyń were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Severiano Oliverio took the corner. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucjan Waselewicz made a kick off. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Sfetcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstanty Domalik in the 84th minute of play. Konstanty Domalik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Boruc Furgal made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Manuel Tunaru sent off a good shot on target. Konstanty Domalik might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucrețiu Sfetcu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konstanty Domalik ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 96th minute, Kelly Nicholas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Kania Gostyń manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt to win.
