In the 3rd minute Abraham Beauval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetlozar Karamihov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Big Babousa's Svetlozar Karamihov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Beauval in the 9th minute of play. Les Pionniers de Touraine's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Léon Sureau in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Bladi in the 14th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Tanek Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svetlozar Karamihov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Beauval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Svetlozar Karamihov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Beauval in the 18th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Beauval in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Svetlozar Karamihov saved Big Babousa from getting behind. Abraham Beauval took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Svetlozar Karamihov. Svetlozar Karamihov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Raphaël Lallemand got a free kick in the 26th minute. Abraham Beauval's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Svetlozar Karamihov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Gaël Thuilliez in the 30th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Big Babousa's Odilon Bacete. A hard shot 32 in the game by Hector Bladi from a close distance when the talented Tanek Zurawski managed to make a qualified save. Les Pionniers de Touraine's players were relieved. Raphaël Lallemand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Svetlozar Karamihov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Les Pionniers de Touraine were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Hector Bladi put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tanek Zurawski. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Odilon Bacete with Ali Kağan Güzir as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.
