The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the game, Erik Schmidt threw the ball into play from the sideline. Azulgranas AFC's Radomir Naskrent quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Mateo Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azulgranas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mateo Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Siqueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Azulgranas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Siqueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Transito in the 79th minute of play forced Floripa Lions FSCMZ's goalkeeper Evaristo Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Hélder Prestes in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Azulgranas AFC's Rosendo Paez. When Azulgranas AFC's Juan Manuel Cruz in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
