Nimród Tálas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gigel Tilea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jean Oltean during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jean Oltean hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Nimród Tálas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nimród Tálas in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gigel Tilea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Albert Puskáss short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Gigel Tilea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albert Puskás got free with Gigel Tilea in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Virgil Şimonca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia Rio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vérsárkány SE the free kick. Virgil Şimonca kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Bandit Sarap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Coșeriu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Virgil Şimonca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bandit Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Şimonca in the 30th minute of the match. When Csongor Tálas came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Vérsárkány SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Csongor Tálas couldn't finish the play. Albert Puskás who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Gigel Tilea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Albert Puskás sped through Academia Rio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gigel Tilea. In the 37th minute Basarab Irod shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bandit Sarap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia Rio were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after Vérsárkány SE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolae Hizo took the corner. The corner ended in Nicolae Hizo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vérsárkány SE's Bandit Sarap did a great save. After a rather tough play, Vérsárkány SE's Máté Kőváry got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Gigel Tilea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nimród Tálas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nimród Tálas to strike the kick off in the second half. When Vérsárkány SE's Nimród Tálas in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Vérsárkány SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Máté Kőváry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 72 minutes Vérsárkány SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolae Hizo who took care of the corner kick. Gigel Tilea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nimród Tálas's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After 79 minutes of play, Vérsárkány SE's Nimród Tálas made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigel Tilea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bandit Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergiu Coșeriu in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Bandit Sarap had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basarab Irod. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Kőváry in the 89th minute of the match. Csongor Tálas kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st match minute, Vérsárkány SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Máté Kőváry to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Academia Rio got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Pantelimon. The audience was convinced that Nimród Tálas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigel Tilea was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Nimród Tálas sped through Academia Rio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gigel Tilea. Academia Rio's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
