After 40 minutes Janusze Futbolu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amílton Loyola who took care of the corner kick. In the 45th minute, Dale Dolar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

A collision led to Janusze Futbolu getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Norbert Jaktorowo hit a great ball. If Dale Dolar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Claudio Caniglia came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Janusze Futbolu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Caniglia couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Dale Dolar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peter-Michael Schmeichel was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dale Dolar in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter-Michael Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
