Patricio Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naim Cheche in the 25th minute of the match. In the 32ndth minute of the game Dale Dolar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Super Penalitop's Carlos Claris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 34 minutes Super Penalitop's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amílton Loyola who took care of the corner kick. 45 minutes into the game, Amerigo Gervasi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcellos Mineiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Super Penalitop the free kick. Amerigo Gervasi hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Naim Cheche to strike the kick off in the second half. Naim Cheche in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patricio Ugutz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 59th minute Dale Dolar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes, Jorge Carrascal made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Super Penalitop's Carlos Claris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
