AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK were furious when Herman Kinnman was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 43 minutes into the game, one of AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bolli Stopar had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Wojciech Rutecki's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 45th minute, Wojciech Rutecki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bolli Stopar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Família Ressaca MZ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Nordal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bolli Stopar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natalio Centenales in the 53rd minute. Geovanni Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovanni Baptista in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bolli Stopar saved AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK from getting behind. In the 58th minute of the match Família Ressaca MZ got a corner. AC Kingriver-Ljungsarp RK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wojciech Rutecki ran over to the corner to take the kick. 62 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Jönsson came free, but João Paulo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
