Antônio Carlos Bueno started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Marcos Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc-André Grifoll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Paulista in the 6th minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Marc-André Grifoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Policarpio in the 8th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Arlindo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Mora CAT's Marc-André Grifoll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save La Mora CAT from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute Jose Policarpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Mora CAT's Marc-André Grifoll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Lucas in the 16th minute of play. Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, AF CERRADO's Antônio Carlos Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc-André Grifoll made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marc-André Grifoll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arlindo Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Du Jian Chen in the 22nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Antônio Carlos Bueno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marc-André Grifoll was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Arlindo Guedes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Policarpio, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Gaucho came free, but Arlindo Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, La Mora CAT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joerie De Cat to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antônio Carlos Bueno got free with Marc-André Grifoll in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Policarpio in the 41st minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Arlindo Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Mora CAT's Marc-André Grifoll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Paulista in the 45th minute of play. AF CERRADO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Pombal in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Pombal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marc-André Grifoll quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Policarpio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Severino Coutinho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AF CERRADO's Arlindo Guedes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marc-André Grifoll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 55th minute of play. Murilo Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Murilo Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to AF CERRADO getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Murilo Lucas hit a great ball. Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Carlos Alberto Jacinto got a free kick in the 62nd minute. La Mora CAT made a substitution. Nabucodonosor Rallo replaced Etor Benito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Paulista in the 65th minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Marc-André Grifoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antônio Carlos Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc-André Grifoll having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nabucodonosor Rallo during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marc-André Grifoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antônio Carlos Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. La Mora CAT's Sebastian Bergdal was substituted for Ronaldinho Gaucho. In the 82nd match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Contaldi to maneuver through the defense. Severino Coutinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, La Mora CAT's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Carlos Bueno came free, but Marc-André Grifoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Bueno in the 88th minute of play forced La Mora CAT's goalkeeper Marc-André Grifoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arlindo Guedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dennis Contaldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
