Franklin Bittencourt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franklin Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes in the game, Fernando Marinho dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Vasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Ferfecki came free, but Franklin Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save FC ICEWIND DALE from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, Fernando Marinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Franklin Bittencourt. Vasco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Marinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.

FC ICEWIND DALE's Klaudijo Kiss-Juhász managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wanderson Urbano in the 53 minute of the game. If Fernando Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Marinho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Franklin Bittencourt made a huge save. Franklin Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
