FC KLUCZBORK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HORIZZONT the free kick. After 16 played minutes FC KLUCZBORK got a freekick which was hit by Scofield Arshavin. In the 21st minute Rahim Sidam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Bialakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbigniew Marchewka was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 33 minutes into the match, HORIZZONT's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Puzio came free, but Duda Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirza Yazargil in the 34th minute of play forced FC KLUCZBORK's goalkeeper Klement Bialakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Puzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Duda Viana having to make a save. Duda Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslaw Puzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Witold Wierzcholek's late challenge caught a HORIZZONT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witold Wierzcholek helped the player get up and apologised. After 49 played minutes FC KLUCZBORK got a freekick which was hit by Witold Wierzcholek. After 50 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC KLUCZBORK! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miroslaw Puzio was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Klement Bialakowski managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when HORIZZONT's Naim Gencal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 84th minute, Yaşar Akbuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duda Viana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miroslaw Puzio's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 97th minute, Erkut Yatuk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Puzio in the 98th minute of play forced HORIZZONT's goalkeeper Duda Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
