Norbert Klejnowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Jerardo in the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Messina's goalkeeper Yuriy Babushkin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Gwidon Barys shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Yuriy Babushkin but with some difficulty. Deportivo Messina's Yuriy Babushkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Buccella in the 12th minute of play. Paulino Vellito's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Norbert Klejnowski on his right side and into the goal. 14 minutes into the game it was 0-1. Salvador Iztal hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Yuriy Babushkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Nowak, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 24 minutes in the game Gabriel Bizen did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Teodosio Ascencio. Zdzislaw Bronicki hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Rene Pierres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Norbert Klejnowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norbert Klejnowski came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Messina's Rene Pierres. But to his dismay, Rene Pierres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 37th match minute, Deportivo Messina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. Ciro Buccella could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Yuriy Babushkin made a huge save. After 43 played minutes Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Kiewra. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Deportivo Messina's Jonathan Guillerme was substituted for Paulino Vellito. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teodosio Ascencio to make the kick off. A collision led to Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bernard Jeziorkowski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Buccella in the 54th minute of play forced Deportivo Messina's goalkeeper Yuriy Babushkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ciro Buccella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yuriy Babushkin was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Hector Jerardo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Norbert Klejnowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Ascencio in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Deportivo Messina's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Buccella came free, but Yuriy Babushkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Teodosio Ascencio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norbert Klejnowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Ciro Buccella's late challenge caught a Deportivo Messina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Buccella helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Buccella. Yuriy Babushkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Buccella in the 77th minute of the match. Teodosio Ascencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Norbert Klejnowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Teodosio Ascencio sped through Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Norbert Klejnowski. A collision led to Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eugeniusz Tyszka hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ciro Buccella put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Yuriy Babushkin. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Messina left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W.
