Mariusz Komornicki came out of the goal and Willian Caca-Rato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ezequiel Pereira in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Komornicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Pereira in the 41st minute of play forced CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Mariusz Komornicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE made a substitution. Arnaldo Basajaun replaced Vivaldo de Toledo. Mariusz Komornicki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro de Moraes in the 76th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lobo Guará:s goal. Daniel Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Basajaun in the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Lobo Guará's Ciro de Moraes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariusz Komornicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro de Moraes in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Komornicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henrique Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Daniel Anaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Ciro de Moraes scored to the left of an out of position Mariusz Komornicki, making the score, 1-4. 99 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Basajaun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Daniel Anaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lobo Guará's performance. The match ended with a win for Lobo Guará.
