Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Avram Elenescu kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Chłyt Materkindody booed when FC Buzău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Cernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Avram Elenescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Fikus. Chłyt Materkindody's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Avram Elenescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 6 minutes into the game, Radomil Dec was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chłyt Materkindody's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Buzău the free kick. Radomil Dec hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Traian Balaban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucian Dejeu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Strugure in the 11th minute of play forced Chłyt Materkindody's goalkeeper Daniel Fikus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cătălin Arjoca scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniel Fikus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Fikus came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Buzău's Cătălin Arjoca. But to his dismay, Cătălin Arjoca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After having played for 18 minutes, Leonard Aanuţei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Buzău's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonard Aanuţei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes, Traian Balaban made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Chłyt Materkindody's Daniel Fikus tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Traian Balaban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Fikus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Strugure in the 24th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Avram Elenescu sped through Chłyt Materkindody's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Daniel Fikus. Traian Balaban struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Daniel Fikus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Buzău. If Emil Strugure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 38 minutes of play, FC Buzău's Augustin Cernat made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Fikus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Fikus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Balaban, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Emil Strugure might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Fikus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Strugure ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Fikus didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. In the 76th minute, FC Buzău's Avram Elenescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Fikus. Daniel Fikus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. In the 80th minute, FC Buzău's Emil Strugure dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-14. Daniel Fikus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Cernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Augustin Cernat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Aanuţei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Fikus having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Traian Balaban during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Traian Balaban hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Chłyt Materkindody's Tomasz Tomaka got a free kick in the 96th minute. FC Buzău's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
