After a defensive mix-up in Plan B's zone, Miguel Borja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Örjan Andersson came out of the goal and Miguel Borja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute Stig-Ove Abrahamsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Örjan Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Borja in the 10th minute of play. Plan B's Örjan Andersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Plan B from getting a goal against them. Miguel Borja might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Örjan Andersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Borja ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Plan B's Örjan Andersson got control of the ball when Miguel Borja tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Real Academia Serengetti's Dario Nazario got a free kick in the 21st minute. Miguel Borja took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Örjan Andersson. Örjan Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Borja in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Örjan Andersson saved Plan B from getting behind. In the 36th minute Real Academia Serengetti were awarded a corner. Isidro Incendio went to the cornerflag to take it. Edwin De Mulder was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Borja in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Örjan Andersson saved Plan B from getting behind. After 40 played minutes Real Academia Serengetti got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Incendio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Real Academia Serengetti made a substitution. Aryakumara Snow replaced Miguel Borja. Örjan Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwin De Mulder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Real Academia Serengetti's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Ove Abrahamsson came free, but Evelio Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Real Academia Serengetti's Evelio Ignatius got control of the ball when Bennvar Nikkinen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aryakumara Snow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Real Academia Serengetti's Ingmar Ahlqvist got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute Mauricio Corral suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. In the 80th minute Aryakumara Snow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Örjan Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Aryakumara Snow ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Örjan Andersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Real Academia Serengetti's Alvaro Reynardo got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aryakumara Snow blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Örjan Andersson having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aryakumara Snow in the 86th minute of play forced Plan B's goalkeeper Örjan Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Academia Serengetti had won after a very even match.
